Arman Tsarukyan Strikes Controversy Again in MMA
UFC lightweight contender Arman Tsarukyan has once again found himself in the spotlight, but not for his performance in the octagon. The incident occurred during the preliminary broadcast of the MVP MMA event featuring "Rousey vs. Carano," which preceded the main card on Netflix. The altercation took place immediately after Namo Fazil's submission victory over Jake Babian, which concluded the preliminary fights.
Video footage from the event shows Tsarukyan verbally attacking Fazil from the stands. In a subsequent clip, Tsarukyan and his entourage engage in a direct confrontation with Fazil and his team backstage. The tension between the two Armenian fighters escalated earlier in the week due to a heated debate sparked by Tsarukyan's comments during a live stream about the Kurdish community in Armenia.
Now Tsarukyan and Fazil are embroiled in an unexpected feud that is unlikely to be resolved soon. The two compete in different leagues and weight categories. In the meantime, Tsarukyan has a busy schedule ahead, with two upcoming wrestling matches at RAF: the first against influencer Mugzy on May 30, and the second against former UFC star Tony Ferguson on June 13.
This feud between Tsarukyan and Fazil is heating up fast. Will UFC step in to cool things down, or will it escalate further? #MMAFeud
