The ABA League has announced that Dubai will welcome Buducnost for their first semi-final playoff match in Zenica. This decision comes after the regional basketball committee ruled last week that Dubai cannot host its home games in the final playoff stage in their "Koka Kola Arena."
The first match of this semi-final series will take place on Thursday at 6 PM in the "Husejin Smajlović" hall in Zenica. The second match is scheduled for Monday, May 25, at 7 PM in Podgorica. If necessary, the third match will be played on May 28, again in Zenica.
The special online session of the regional basketball committee decided that Dubai will play all home matches of the semi-finals and any potential final on a neutral ground. Zenica has now been confirmed as the neutral venue.
In the other semi-final of the ABA League, Partizan and Red Star will face off. The first match of this series, with Partizan as the home team, is set for tonight at 8 PM at the Belgrade Arena.
